<p>Uygulama Menüsü (veya “Dosya” menüsü) toplanan verilerin taranması, yüklenmesi, kaydedilmesi, dışa aktarılması veya karşılaştırılması için klasör seçmenize olanak tanır. Ayrıca uygulama ayarlarına erişim sağlar ve TreeSize’dan çıkmanıza olanak tanır.</p>

Lütfen tek dosyalar hakkındaki bilgilerin XML’e kaydedilmediğini unutmayın, çünkü bu XML dosyalarının boyutunu çok fazla artıracaktır. File’e yalnızca klasörlerle ilgili bilgiler dahil edilir. File düzeyinde raporlara ihtiyacınız varsa, lütfen SQLite formatını kullanın veya SpaceObServer yazılımımız sizin için yararlı olabilir.</p>

<p>Bir File’den yolların bir listesini içe aktarmanızı sağlar ve içe aktarılan yolları otomatik olarak taramaya başlar. Taraılacak yolları içeren File .txt veya .csv biçiminde olmalıdır.</p>

<h3>Geçerli taramayı karşılaştır<a class="headerlink" href="#compare-current-scan" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Geçerli taramayı önceden kaydedilmiş bir tarama (dizin dosyası) veya bir Anlık Görüntü (yalnızca yerel NTFS sürücüleri için desteklenir) ile karşılaştırın. Karşılaştırmadan sonra, boyutu değişmeyen klasörler 0 boyutunda görünürken, büyüyen klasörler 0’dan büyük değerlere sahip olacak ve kırmızı renkte görüntülenecektir. Yüklenen rapora kıyasla küçülen klasörler negatif değerlere sahip olacak ve yeşil renkte görüntülenecektir.</p>

<p>Dışa aktarma alt menüsündeki menü öğeleri, toplanan Tara verilerini birkaç farklı şekilde dışa aktarmanıza olanak tanır. TreeSize’ın seçenekler iletişim kutusunu kullanarak dışa aktarılacak veri türünü (sütunlar) ve diğer dışa aktarma seçeneklerini özelleştirebilirsiniz.</p>
<p>Ayrıca Dizin Ağacında yalnızca o anda görünen (genişletilmiş) klasörlerin mi yoksa tüm klasörlerin mi dışa aktarılacağını seçebilirsiniz. Klasörleri genişletmek ve daraltmak veya belirli bir seviyeye kadar genişletmek için lütfen Giriş veya Tara sekmesindeki (veya Dizin Ağacı’nın içerik menüsündeki) Genişlet düğmesini kullanın.</p>

<p>Dizin Ağacını bir Microsoft Excel File’ına aktarın. Desteklenen formatlar geleneksel .XLSX dosya formatı (Excel 2007 ile birlikte sunulmuştur) ve daha önce kullanılan .XLS’dir (Excel 97-2003). Yollar tıklanabilir köprüler olarak dışa aktarılır. Bu, Windows Gezgini’nde uygun yola hızlı bir şekilde atlamanızı sağlar. Excel dışa aktarma davranışını ve dahil edilmesi gereken grafikleri yapılandırmak için Seçenekler -> Excel’e gidin.</p>

<p>Bir raporu daha sonra herhangi bir HTML tarayıcısı ile görüntülenebilecek bir HTML File olarak kaydetmenizi sağlar. HTML dosyalarının okunması metin dosyalarından daha kolaydır ve MS Excel gibi özel bir uygulama gerektirmez. HTML dosyası UTF8 kodlu olacaktır ve bu nedenle Unicode karakterleri içerir. HTML dışa aktarma davranışını ve dahil edilmesi gereken grafikleri yapılandırmak için Seçenekler -> HTML bölümüne gidin. Burada HTML dışa aktarımı için kullanılacak özel bir CSS stil sayfası da tanımlayabilirsiniz.</p>

<p>Bir raporu daha sonra herhangi bir PDF Görüntüleyici ile görüntülenebilecek bir PDF File olarak kaydetmenizi sağlar. PDF dosyalarının okunması metin dosyalarından daha kolaydır ve yalnızca Windows 8 ve sonraki sürümlerde bulunan ücretsiz bir PDF görüntüleyici gerektirir. PDF dışa aktarma davranışını ve dahil edilmesi gereken grafikleri yapılandırmak için Seçenekler -> PDF bölümüne gidin.</p>
