<p>Všeobecné nastavenia ovplyvňujúce správanie skenovania TreeSize.</p>

<h3>Sledovanie pevných odkazov NTFS a alternatívnych dátových tokov pri výpočte alokovaného priestoru.<a class="headerlink" href="#track-ntfs-hardlinks-and-alternate-data-streams-when-calculating-allocated-space" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Pomocou tejto možnosti môžete kontrolovať, či má program TreeSize kontrolovať každý súbor, ak je len pevným odkazom na iný súbor, alebo ak obsahuje alternatívne dátové toky (ADS). Výsledkom budú presnejšie výsledky pre alokovaný priestor, ale zároveň sa spomalí rýchlosť skenovania.</p>

<h3>Sledovanie prípojných bodov a externých symbolických odkazov na adresáre<a class="headerlink" href="#follow-mount-points-and-external-symbolic-links-to-directories" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Môžete sa rozhodnúť, či má systém TreeSize sledovať symbolické odkazy a prípojné body (ďalšie informácie nájdete v časti Poznámky k systému NTFS), ktoré odkazujú na iné disky alebo adresáre na iných diskoch. Odkazy, ktoré ukazujú v rámci skenovaného adresára, sa nikdy nebudú sledovať, aby sa zabránilo dvojitému započítaniu kruhových odkazov a Adresárov.</p>

<h3>Pri výpočte alokovaného priestoru berte do úvahy verzie súborov SharePoint<a class="headerlink" href="#consider-sharepoint-file-versions-when-calculating-allocated-space" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Táto možnosť skontroluje pre každý súbor, ktorý sa nachádza na serveri SharePoint, či existuje jedna alebo viacero predchádzajúcich verzií tohto súboru. Tieto predchádzajúce verzie využívajú ďalšie miesto na serveri SharePoint, ktoré v predvolenom nastavení nie je viditeľné. Ak túto možnosť povolíte, program TreeSize sčíta hodnoty veľkosti predchádzajúcich verzií súboru a zahrnie ich do hodnoty „alokovaného miesta“.</p>

<p>Ak je toto začiarkavacie políčko aktivované, program TreeSize bude generovať štatistiky veku súborov v každom podstrome. Výsledky môžete zobraziť v zobrazení Vek súborov v hlavnom okne. Vytvorenie týchto štatistík zvýši spotrebu pamäte aplikácie.</p>

<p>Pomocou tejto možnosti môžete rozhodnúť, či má program TreeSize počas skenovania zobrazovať chybové hlásenia. Ak napríklad skenujete sieťový disk na serveri Windows a nemáte prístup na čítanie všetkých Adresárov, systém Windows zobrazí chybové hlásenie pre každý nečitateľný Adresár. Ak nechcete, aby proces skenovania prerušovali tieto hlásenia, zrušte začiarknutie tohto políčka.</p>

<h3>Priorita vlákna<a class="headerlink" href="#thread-priority" title="Link to this heading">¶</a></h3>
<p>Umožňuje definovať prioritu, s akou bežia vlákna skenujúce pevný disk. „Idle“ znamená, že procesor sa bude používať len vtedy, ak ho nepoužívajú žiadne iné vlákna. „Idle“ je vhodné nastavenie, ak chcete mať istotu, že skenovanie pomocou TreeSize nemá žiadny vplyv na výkon počítača alebo servera. Predvolená a odporúčaná hodnota je „nižšia priorita“. Výber vyššej priority spôsobí, že vlákna skenovania budú mať vyššiu prioritu ako vlákna používateľského rozhrania, čo môže spôsobiť, že používateľské rozhranie nebude počas skenovania reagovať. Toto nastavenie sa používa aj pre vlákna vyhľadávania súborov TreeSize.</p>

<p>Funkcia TreeSize automaticky prispôsobuje počet vlákien využitiu CPU. Táto možnosť umožňuje definovať maximálny počet vlákien, ktoré sa spustia pri skenovaní. Ak je zaťaženie systému vysoké, môže sa spustiť menej ako maximálny počet vlákien.</p>
